Mary and I are both exceptionally pleased with both the renovation in Florida, as well as the work you did for us here. We hired you to do our Pleasant Ridge home with every intention to ask you to do our Sarasota home if everything worked out on the first one. As expected, and as promised, you came through for us in every way. The first appointment we had I was a little suspicious when you showed up five minutes early, not expecting you to be on time as with others we’ve had over. After mentioning you served in the Marine Corps, your punctuality became clear.

The more we talked, the more comfortable we became. Your honesty and frankness was a relief after dealing with some other people. Your advice, ideas, and assistance on matters that did not involve you, but help us greatly, was much appreciated. If you ever want to get away, you are always welcome in Sarasota. Thanks again for everything.
